Artwork should be provided at FULL SIZE in Adobe Illustrator, Encapsulated Post Script (eps), Portable Docutment Format (pdf), or Flex-Sign file formats. Please remember to convert ALL strokes and ALL fonts to outlines. If the artwork contains gradients (including glowing shadows), half-tones or transparencies, rasterize the entire image and send the file in TIFF format. If using design software that supports layers (e.g. Adobe Illustrator), please remember to collapse / flatten all layers. Colors should be either Pantone Spot Colors (solid coated) or converted to the CMYK color-space. When sending raster graphics, be aware of output resolution (remember - the average human eye cannot see any more than 150-200 ppi; 100 ppi - depending on viewing distance - is fine for most applications).

For output on the following substrates, please provide a thin black line (e.g. 0.05" - note; strokes with zero width will not work) at the finished size of the sign: polystyrene, foamcore, Gatorfoam, PVC, PSA-vinyl, vehicle magnets, aluminum.

For finished banners (i.e. hemmed), provide a 1" bleed and put a thin black line (e.g. 0.05") at the edge of the bleed (example: a 36" x 96" finished banner will have a bleed and black line at 38" x 98"). For two-sided finished banners, don't forget to keep your important graphic elements more than 1" from the edge (otherwise the folded hem will cover those elements on one side of the banner).

For coroplast with no bleed; include a white box behind your artwork at the finished size of the sign - NO BLACK LINE. Also remember to keep all artwork 1" from the edge of the sign.

For coroplast with full bleed; include a box with the bleed color at the finished size of the sign. Remember to keep all graphic elements other than the bleed 1" from the edges of the sign.

Don't forget to specify the direction of coroplast flutes
